About the artist
Hollis Engley is a potter and former career journalist who lives and works in Pocasset with his partner, the potter Kimberly Sheerin. He was born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard and graduated from high school there. He went on to Cape Cod Community College and Lycoming College in Williamsport PA, where he received a BA in political science.
